Taxes, Duty, VAT, Etc
Appropriate taxes in the country of delivery/shipping address is not include in payment. Any duties or custom fees that may be assessed by country of destination is payable by the customer.

Conditions Of Sale
For all orders you must supply a descriptive physical delivery address and best contact phone numbers for the courier service. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Out Of Stock Items / Back–Orders
From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will notify you when products are back in stock provided (a) you are a member (b) you sign up for the Press Releases.
Refunds
Every dispatched item is checked and packaged with care. Should an item be faulty, we urge you to contact us via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. We will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault, however we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Shipping costs will not be included in refund.
